A house should be able to hold more than one purpose.

Haus Format started in Atlanta — the mecca for creators. What began as a collection of homes slowly turned into something more purposeful: spaces built for creators to create, gather, retreat, and stay.

So we built one operating layer for all of it. Every property is designed, provisioned and staffed by us — the same linens, the same lighting kit, the same host standing by. Book by the hour or by the week; the house is ready either way.

Each Create or Gather booking requires an on-site Haus manager — the person who knows where the breaker panel is, keeps the neighbors happy, and gets your crew out on time.
