Required on-site management
Every CREATE booking includes a mandatory Haus Format on-site management fee. A Haus Format representative is present for the duration of the production to manage access, protect the house and support the crew.
This fee is part of the official price of the booking and cannot be removed, reduced or declined.
Crew, cast and capacity
The crew size on your booking is the total number of people on site, including talent, clients and vendors. If your count changes, update the booking; unannounced overages may end the production.
Load-in and load-out happen within your booked window unless additional time is booked.
Equipment and set
Gaffer tape, sandbags and floor protection are required under all stands and heavy equipment. No hardware into walls, ceilings or millwork.
Power draw must stay within the circuits available at the house. Generators require prior approval.
Any set dressing must be fully removed and the house restored to its original arrangement before the booking ends.
Content, permissions and insurance
You are responsible for all clearances, permits, model and location releases required for your production.
Haus Format may require proof of general liability insurance naming the property for productions above an agreed scale. We will tell you before your booking if this applies.
Adult content, unlawful content, and content that presents the house as a permanent residence or business address are not permitted.
Damage and overtime
Productions carry a higher damage risk. The Damage Deposit & Damage Responsibility Policy applies in full.
Overtime is billed at the rate on the listing, in whole-hour increments, from the moment your booked window ends.
