Access and occupancy
Access begins and ends at the times on your booking. Arriving early or staying late without approval may be charged at the overtime rate for your format.
The number of people at the house must not exceed the capacity confirmed on your booking. Undisclosed extra guests are grounds for ending the booking.
The person who booked must be present for the duration of the booking and is the responsible party.
Respect for the house and neighbors
No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal substances anywhere on the property.
Keep noise reasonable, particularly between 10pm and 8am. Our houses sit in residential Atlanta neighborhoods and we intend to keep them welcome there.
Do not move, remove or reconfigure furniture, art or fixtures without approval. Do not attach anything to walls, ceilings or surfaces.
Pets only where the listing states pets are allowed and only with prior approval.
Safety
Do not disable smoke detectors, cameras at exterior entry points, alarms or locks. There are no cameras or recording devices in interior living spaces, bedrooms or bathrooms.
Pools, hot tubs and outdoor spaces are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Candles, open flame and pyrotechnics are not permitted without written approval.
Leaving the house
Remove all equipment, décor and rubbish you brought. Return furniture to its original position. Leave the kitchen clean.
Standard cleaning is included. Cleaning beyond the standard scope, including waste removal, is charged separately.

Individual houses may add rules — parking, pool hours, sound limits, load-in routes. Property-specific rules are shown on the house page and are part of your booking agreement.
