Check-in and departure
Check-in and departure are at the times shown on the listing unless your confirmation says otherwise. Late departure without approval is billed at the hourly overtime rate on the listing.
Access instructions are personal to the booking holder and may not be shared.
Occupancy
Only the guests on the booking may stay overnight. The booked guest count is the maximum permitted, and unregistered overnight guests are grounds for ending the stay without refund.
STAY bookings are private residential stays. Shoots, ticketed events and parties require a CREATE or GATHER booking.
Care of the house
Smoking indoors, unapproved pets and unattended open flame are not permitted. Quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am out of respect for neighbors.
