Overnight and daytime attendance
A retreat has two attendance figures: overnight guests and daytime attendance. Both must be accurate and neither may exceed the capacity on your booking.
Daytime attendance above the overnight guest count may change pricing, staffing and, where the programming becomes an event, may require GATHER event security.
Programming and vendors
Facilitators, instructors, caterers and other vendors must be disclosed in advance. Vendors carrying equipment or serving food may require proof of insurance.
Amplified sound and outdoor programming follow the same timing and neighbor rules as gatherings.
Damage and overtime
The General House Rules and Damage Deposit & Damage Responsibility Policy apply in full. Overtime is billed from the moment your booked window ends.
